in the house, on the needles & around the hill...

in the house was this little one for her very first overnight


we roasted marshmallows & hotdogs
nibbled on popcorn and m&m's 
and watched charlie brown thanksgiving

the next morning
the cousins & auntie joined us for
pancakes with chocolate chips & holiday bazaar shopping


oh those little faces  :)

on the needles
in the making is the softest ever little cocoon
waiting for the arrival of the newest little
due december 26th

and on the hill in november we are blessed with beautiful sunsets

  1. such cute pictures! Love the one of all 3 littles! Iris had a blast during her sleepover and said she wants to go back "next week" ha! I'm hoping to find her a little sleeping bag for her overnights for christmas! Can't wait to see the finished product of the cocoon and of the sweetest little boy snuggling in it!!! You're the best!

    I can't believe you found a winder at a thrift shop. Man.....I never come across anything like that around here. I need a better class of thrift shop. LOL

  4. They are darling. What fun they had. I want your yarn. I love that company. What a gorgeous pic of the sky. I'm happy I got the scout and chicken stew in the Crockpot today and that this week is more relaxing.

  6. how very clever-- I use one chair but never thought of using two. Very smart. Wow, what a bargain getting a ball winder for $2.
    What makes me happy right now is living in a place where we can access so much meat, produce & other homemade goodies so close to home but also the people. I love the people here.
